WOW! Fathers day will soon be upon us . This year is passing so quickly I cannot believe it. I will be updating the web site soon. I have a few weeks off in June-July and will get a few new things added to all the areas.

The picture above shows the new long haired dancer we will be adding and I will also have one with w ith a bun. As well I have two new costume styles to add to the Irish Dance section, a  blouse &jumper and a vest and skirt outfit so everyone will have a choice that can resemble them. I will be adding a new figure skating section as well for anyone who enjoys that sport!

I have also had questions about cleaning the tote bags. Most of the fabrics that are used on these are dry cleaning recommended but... I have had people tell me that they do wash them in the washing machine after they take the bottom out and then dry it and put the bottom back in. I have not done this myself personally so would still have to recommend dry cleaning.

Summer is going to be here soon. My oldest daughter finished her first year of law school and is working at the AG's office in Little Rock. She was very glad to be done, it was a long hard work year for her.I am also excited because my daughter who lives in Scotland is coming to visit for a couple of weeks as well. She has not been home for a year so it will be great fun!

If anyone wants to post comments or has questions on the blog please feel free to do so. I just would to keep it very positive and any helpful information you might have as well would be great! Have a great week. I will try to be more diligent about adding to this everyday

I guess I have fallen behind with my blogging. I guess an update is in order.

Be sure and enter our new raffle drawing! To celebrate our 3 year anniversary we are having a special drawing for 3 custom items. Check it out on our home page

We took our trip to Nashville and ended up in a snowstorm. (snow in Arkansas can cause alot of problems)we made it as far as Memphis and had to give up. What is normally a 2 hour trip for us took 9 hours. We decided for safety sake to stop and then head home in the morning, which took another 4 hours due to rescue efforts of all the trucks and cars that went in the ditches. I was disappointed to miss the festival but hope to return next year, with better weather.

We have spent a few days here and there dodging tornadoes, rain and bad weather but hopefully tornado season will pass soon.

Since then I have been doing some new bridal designs and working on some new irish ones and others. I hope to get the web site updated before to long. I am getting ready for my next feis and for the summer season so it keeps me busy!

We also helped my oldest daughter and her husband move into a new house they purchased at the end of March. It only took us a week (haha) and we are almost recovered. They bought a beautiful old house( 1882) downtown and are really enjoying it.

My younger daughter got to move to a new apartment as well in Edinburgh that she really likes. She says it is a great city to live in and enjoys being there.

We have some exciting personal news to share before to long as well. I will keep you posted.

I hope all is well with everyone. Our neighbor is cutting a tree down in his back yard. It lost a huge branch during one of our storms and so he is making sure it does not fall on the house. Check the picture out of him working on it!

I hope all is well and everyone has a great week! Cheryl

Well our snow is gone, but it was sunny and pretty out today! Life in Arkansas, if you do not like the weather today, wait a miinute and it will change.

I am getting ready for the Irish Festival in Franklin Tenn, and have been working on bunches of cute  aprons for it. You can see them up above. I had fun making them up. Tomorrow I am going to do some kids one.

After this show I will have abit of time off and will be getting the web site updated so check back and see what new will be added.

Have a good Thursday!

We had a great time in Wisconsin at the Lavin Cassidy Feis.I enjoy getting to see everyone and talking with folks and the feis was in a really beautiful place. We got to see some snow for the first time in a long time yeah! I love snow. So...

imagine my surprise my surprise when I woke up this moring to look out and see my back yard white.Snow is not a common thing here

Ivan is cleaning off the truck in the picture. He had to go be a juror today in Little Rock.

We are going to an Irish Festival in Franklin Tenn this weekend, I hope it is a bit warmer and no snow. It would be a very cold day!

We had a winner for our Irish Dancer frame so check back March 17th to enter again for a new item. I am not sure what it will be this time.

I am slowly wqorking on updating the readymade Irish Dance section to make the navigation easier for folks to see and find things. There will be specific items for each page and buttons to go with them.

The dogs are sleeping and the snow is still falling so this will be a great day! Enjoy the week!
